Mr. Rogers joined the Housing Development Fund in January 2015 and has over 35 years of experience in the mortgage banking and affordable housing industries. He was previously employed with the Housing Development Fund from 1996 to 2004, during which time he worked in state and federal housing programs. Mr. Rogers has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia State University and a Masters of Legal Studies from West Virginia University.
