The West Virginia Housing Development Fund is proud to partner with The West Virginia Human Rights Commission to present their 7th Annual Fair Housing Poster Contest. This year’s theme borrows a phrase from the late Fred Rogers, the eponymous star of the long-running PBS show Mister Rodgers’ Neighborhood. Students from across the state were asked to develop a poster based on the phrase “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?”
