Through the years, we’ve heard many misconceptions about the Fund and our programs. Because of those misconceptions, many buyers may think they do not qualify for our programs. The great thing about the West Virginia Housing Development Fund is that we don’t operate like a typical bank. We can generally offer your buyers lower interest rates, saving them money on each monthly mortgage payment, even if they work with a partner lender to secure their WVHDF home loan.
