Tenants: If you have received an eviction notice from your landlord, contact Legal Aid of West Virginia for free legal assistance at 304-343-3013.
Landlords: As a reminder, by participating in the program and accepting funds through the Mountaineer Rental Assistance Program, you agreed to not evict your tenant for nonpayment of rent for 30 days after the last month paid.
