FHLBank Pittsburgh and WVHDF Announce 2019 Home4Good Funding Awards.

FHLBank Pittsburgh and the West Virginia Housing Development Fund are proud to announce the 2019 Home4Good funding awards. This money will be utilized by groups across the Mountain State working to reduce homelessness. This year, FHLBank Pittsburgh provided $1.1 million toward the effort and the Fund provided $250,000, for a total contribution of $1.35 million.

New Town Homes Open on Charleston’s West Side

Hope Townhouses, a new Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program Development, is open and ready for renters.

The townhomes, which sit along 2nd Avenue and Grant Street on Charleston’s West Side, feature both two- and three-bedroom units.

Each apartment is two stories with a large kitchen, living room and washer/dryer utility room on the first floor. In most units, both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor, while some have a first-floor bathroom and bedroom.
