Ms. Taylor joined the Fund in October 2024 as the Controller. She has 16 years of governmental accounting experience, previously holding the position of Controller at an enterprise fund for the State of West Virginia. Ms. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, a Master of Science degree in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
