The Secondary Market Program is for current Fund customers and homeowners who would like to refinance their mortgage to a lower interest rate. 

Loan Terms:

  • Competitive 10- to 30-year fixed rate mortgages
    Generally, up to 95% financing.
    There are no Fund-issued house price or income limits for this program, but the loan must be at or less than $453,100, per federal guidelines.
