A note to our customers who may have been affected by flooding.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the recent flooding and high water. This has been a challenging time.

 

We would ask that if you have a loan with the Fund, please contact us if you or your employer have had flood damage and you think you may encounter problems making a payment.   Feel free to contact one of our many trained customer service representatives for assistance at the number listed below to discuss what options might be available.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  You can also reach us via email and we will respond to you the next business day. To speak with someone specifically about an insurance loss claim, please use extension 8104.

 

We also ask that you provide current contact information. If you have access to the Internet, please use your online mortgage-payment interface to update any and all pertinent information.  On this website, click on the Current Customers tab, log in to your loan and provide up to date information
