The WVHDF wants to help you save your home. To request assistance, follow the steps below.

Communication is KEY...take the first step and ASK your lender for HELP!

1. Complete each section of the financial form below.
2. Gather pay stubs, bank statements and monthly bills.
3. Provide contact information so your lender may work with you.
4. If you mail your payment to the WVHDF, submit the form to us,
   OR
   print the form and mail it to YOUR lender to request that your lender contact you.
5. Follow up and call your lender to make sure they received your request for HELP.
