IMPACT Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program – Glade View Apartments

The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program provides tax credits to owners of qualified low-income rental housing that serves seniors, the disabled, families and others. The Glade View Apartments in Cowen, West Virginia were built using the Fund's Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

WVHDF Homeownership Program

The West Virginia Housing Development Fund's Homeownership Program is a great option for first-time buyers! This program generally offers our lowest interest rates, and borrowers can also use the Low Down Home Loan to cover all or part of their down payment and closing costs. Working with a Lender

Your loan officer can be a valuable resource as you go through the home buying process. A loan officer can take a look at your finances and tell you what mortgage product is best for you and your long-term goals. Although you can get a loan directly through the West Virginia Housing Development Fund, we partner with more than 60 banks, credit unions, and independent mortgage companies across the state who are familiar with our programs and can help you purchase your home!
