The West Virginia Housing Development Fund (WVHDF) provides the convenience of automatic payment processing for your monthly mortgage payment, FREE, as a service to you, from your checking or savings account. With the automatic mortgage payment withdrawal service you can choose the date your account is debited - up to the 15th of the month.

How do I sign up?

1. Fill out the ACH Signup Form (see link below). The form can be typed online then printed, or printed and filled out by hand.
2. Include a blank check from the designated account marked VOID.
3. Return the signed form and voided check to the West Virginia Housing Development Fund.
4. You will receive written confirmation from us indicating the start date of your automatic mortgage payment withdrawal.
