(LOAN SERVICING) QUALITY CONTROL AUDITOR
The West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the “Fund”) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of (Loan Servicing) Quality Control Auditor in our Charleston Office. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to, conducting loan servicing quality control audits on a monthly and quarterly basis and assisting with the reporting and rebuttal process as needed; reviewing/monitoring regulations and/or guidelines issued by Fannie Mae, FHA, VA and USDA as they impact quality control audits within the Single Family area; developing and maintaining current knowledge of regulations and/or applicable guidelines in assigned areas of testing; and conducting research on servicing compliance questions as needed.
